1. 1. Each company within the Yakult Group will establish a company-wide management structure to address information security measures.
2. 2. Each company within the Yakult Group will clearly define rules and appropriately manage the information assets they hold, in accordance with the information security policies that the group must adhere to.
3. 3. Each company within the Yakult Group will provide the education necessary to ensure that employees understand the importance of information security measures and implement them properly.
4. 4. In the event of an information security incident or the discovery of signs that an incident has occurred within the Yakult Group, each company will promptly investigate and take action appropriately, while cooperating as a group to identify the cause and prevent recurrence.
5. 5. Each company within the Yakult Group will periodically review the status of information security measures and implement improvements on a continual basis.
6. 6. Each company within the Yakult Group will comply with all laws, social norms, and internal regulations and rules related to information security.
